A. We are Licensed Texas Real Estate Agents. We are paid a commission by the apartment properties if you lease a property that we refer or escort you to.

 

Q. How can AAA Locators save me time and money?

A. If there are move in specials, major employer discounts, look and lease specials, or free rent at any of the properties that meet your criteria and qualifications we will put them at the top of our show list. We will only show you those properties that meet your criteria, needs and qualifications. Plus you get our rebate.
Also, if we have all the information that we need it should only take a few hours to find your new apartment home.

 

Q. How accurate is the information contained within your database?

A. The information is as current as our people can make it. Many properties change their prices daily, depending on availability at their property and current overall market conditions. That is where our agents come in. You simply search and find the properties that you are interested in or just call us and tell us what you want and we will go to work to see exactly what current availability and pricing is.

We have experienced that apartments have been leased either while we were driving our customers to the property or even while we were with our customers out viewing the apartment that they wanted. As hard as we try to keep our information current conditions change many times without our knowledge. When that happens we just adapt and overcome.

 

Q. Why is the customer rebate reduced if we view the apartments on the list by ourselves instead of being escorted by an agent?

A. Many properties reduce the commission rate they pay us on sending our
Customers unescorted. After all, by not giving our customers or them the full
benefit of our service then we didn’t earn our full commission.
